Success :: The Salmon Fillet Recipe
Hit on success tonight with a salmon fillet recipe.

1. Rub salt and pepper into salmon fillet and dust both sides with a little flour.
2. Pan fry the flesh side lightly in butter, then flip and cook longer on the skin side. It should be ready just after the flesh goes pink. (It’s not a stake - don’t over cook!)
3. Add a nob of butter and it’s done!!
On a side note: Australian Marine Conservation Society does not recommend atlantic salmon because the fish can escape from their pens into the wild, and are also fed large amounts of wild-caught fish. Head over to the ABC for the full details.
